Dr. Tobias Boz
A second generation anthrozoologist, Dr. Tobias Boz is the resident expert on the local stray dog population. He is respected by his peers, even though his methods are suspect (his notebooks reveal questionable relationships with his subjects, particularly a deceased dog named “Pocket”, who seems to have been the object of Dr. Boz’s affection).
